Can we build up a recommender system for countries according to their complexity?

Imagine what policymakers can do by knowing the exact export needs of a country. Imagine if this knowledge is targeted at each product of that country.

In this article, we try to answer the above questions. For the first time in the literature, we do that by exploiting the predictions of a Machine Learning algorithm called Matrix Completion.
